Guggenheim Investments Announces a Change to the Ex-Dividend and Record Dates for Its March 2013 Closed-End Fund Distributions

Guggenheim Investments announced today a change to the ex-dividend
and record dates for previously-declared March 2013 distributions
for certain of its closed-end funds. The Record Date has changed
from March 15, 2013 to March 21, 2013, and the Ex-Dividend Date has
changed from March 13, 2013 to March 19, 2013. The payable date and
the payable amount will not change. The table below summarizes the
distribution schedule for each closed-end fund (collectively, the
"Funds" and each, a "Fund").
