NMS Nuveen Minnesota Quality Municipal Income Fund

(NYSE: NQM) have declared distributions. These distributions follow the recently announced fund additions, which were successfully completed before the market open today, October 6, 2014, and represent the first distributions payable to shareholders of record of the reorganized funds post-reorganization.
