Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 12, 2023, Thomas Krywe, Chief Financial Officer of Spire Global, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his decision to resign from the Company, effective September 30, 2023. Mr. Krywe indicated a desire to return to working with private companies. Mr. Krywe’s decision was not because of any disagreement relating to the Company’s operations, policies, practices, financial reporting or controls. The Board of Directors has initiated a search for a new chief financial officer.
