meeting held on August 23, 2017, the
OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd. (NYSE: OB) Board of Directors
declared a $0.21 per share quarterly
dividend, payable in cash on September 28,
2017, to holders of record of Common Shares as of the close
of business on September 8, 2017.
Payment of the dividend is subject to the timing of the closing of
the previously announced acquisition of OneBeacon by Intact
Financial Corporation (TSX: IFC). If the acquisition closes prior
to the close of business on the record date, the dividend described
in this release will not be payable.
