Due to the pending closing of its merger with Office Depot, Inc., OfficeMax Incorporated has decided to reschedule the filing of its Form 10-Q and the release of its earnings materials for the third quarter to after the close of market on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 to coincide with the closing.
