Piper Jaffray to Host Retail and Financial Services Symposium

BOSTON, June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Piper Jaffray & Co.
is pleased to announce it is hosting the Retail and Financial
Services Symposium June 20 in Boston. The one-day event will
include presentations by leading management from small, mid and
large retail banks as well as specialty finance companies.
Additionally, the symposium will include three special
presentations and panel discussions. To kick-off the symposium, a
special presentation titled, "Same Store Sales and Organic Growth,"
will be presented by Jim McCormick, president with First Manhattan
Consulting Group. At 9:45 am ET, Mitchell Epstein, managing partner
of U.S. Banking Alliance and Dr. Robert Phillips, chief technology
officer of Nomis Solutions will present "Product Pricing and
Standards." Later in the afternoon at 3:45 pm ET, Jim Eckenrode,
managing director of the Tower Group and Robin Foote, managing
director of Novantas LLC will present "Technology and Innovation in
