Josh Elving, Mark Mullikin and Melissa Mullikin were promoted to senior research analysts at the firm's Minneapolis headquarters. He joined Piper Jaffray in 2002 and has covered the medical technology space for more than four years. Mullikin has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Chicago and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Mass.
