Renewable Energy Group To Raise About $101 Million In IPO

Renewable Energy Group Inc., an Ames, Iowa, company that bills
itself as the largest producer of biodiesel in the U.S. based on
gallons of output, late Tuesday said it plans to offer 7.2 million
shares of common stock at an estimated price range of $13 to $15 a
share in its upcoming initial public offering.
Based on the midpoint of the range, Renewable Energy Group's IPO
will raise about $101 million with underwriters UBS Investment Bank
and Piper Jaffray (PJC).
Shareholders in the company include Bunge (BG) and NGP Energy
Technology Partners. Renewable Energy Group plans to trade on the
Nasdaq under the symbol REGI.
