Pulitzer Inc. Declares $0.19 Quarterly Dividend and Announces Date
for Annual Stockholders' Meeting ST. LOUIS, April 12
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Pulitzer Inc.
has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19per share on its Common
Stock and Class B Common Stock, payable on May 3, 2004 to
stockholders of record on April 22, 2004. Pulitzer Inc. also
announced that it will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on
Tuesday, April 27, 2004, at 10 a.m. CDT inSt. Louis, for
stockholders of record March 12, 2004. The meeting will be webcast
