Radian Group Declares $107 Million Ordinary Dividend from Radian Asset Assurance

PHILADELPHIA, July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Radian Group Inc.
(NYSE: RDN) today announced that the Company declared an ordinary
dividend in the amount of $107 million from its financial guaranty
subsidiary, Radian Asset Assurance Inc. The Company intends to use
the funds to support its core mortgage insurance business. S.A.
Ibrahim, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, "As we
