Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE:RSO) (the “Company”) announced today that it will pay a cash dividend on its 8.625% Fixed-to-Floating Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period from January 31, 2018 through and including April 30, 2018 in the amount of $0.539063 per share.  The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2018 to holders of record on April 2, 2018.
