California ISO Chooses Siemens Software for Transmission Planning

PSS(TM)E software selected for comprehensive and advanced technical

Independent System Operator (California ISO) has selected the
Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution, Inc., Siemens Power
Technologies International (Siemens PTI) PSS(TM)E software suite to
augment their transmission planning processes. The software
includes the new probabilistic reliability features (TPLAN)
