South Jersey Industries Inc. has agreed to be acquired by Infrastructure Investments Fund, a private investment vehicle advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. "JPMorgan's Infrastructure Fund to Buy South Jersey Industries," at 7:27 a.m. ET, incorrectly characterized the fund as being owned by J.P. Morgan.
