Sybase Expands U.S. Government Leadership with Key Advisory Role and Addition of New Federal Sector Head DUBLIN, Calif., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sybase, Inc. Chairman, CEO & President John S. Chen today was sworn in to the President's Export Council, the U.S. government's principal advisory body on international trade. The company also announced that Federal industry veteran Bob Laurence has been appointed to run Sybase's expanding Public Sector business.
