Enterprise on Solaris OS x86 Platform Edition Customers Can Take

Sybase(R) Adaptive Server(R) Enterprise (ASE) on the Solaris(TM)
Operating System (OS) x86 Platform Edition. Additionally, Sybase
ASE 12.5.1, Developer Edition is now co-packaged with Solaris OS
SPARC and x86 Platform Editions, enabling customers to develop
applications and evaluate the advantages of Sybase's
enterprise-class relational database management system (RDBMS) on

x86 platform provides customers with security and services
manageability, while offering a low-cost computing alternative. Sun

400,000 registered licenses since January 2003, the Solaris OS x86
