MATERIAL FACT

 

Election of Mrs. Andrea Palma Viegas Marques as CFO of TIM S.A.

 

TIM S.A., (“TIM” or “Company”) (B3: TIMS3; NYSE: TIMB), pursuant to Article 157 of Law No. 6404 and the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 44/21, in continuity with the Material Facts disclosed on January 30, 2023, and February 14, 2023, informs its shareholders and the market in general of the following:

 

In a meeting held today, the Company's Board of Directors became aware of the resignation presented by Mr. Alberto Mario Griselli to the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company and elected Mrs. Andrea Palma Viegas Marques for the position of CFO of the Company, taking office as of the present data.

 

The Company reiterates that Mr. Alberto Mario Griselli will continue to accumulate the position of Chief Executive Officer and, on an interim basis, the position of Investor Relations Officer.

 

Finally, the Company wishes Ms. Viegas success in her new position.
