Non - GAAP Reconciliation Definitions Organic revenue growth is defined as revenue excluding revenue from acquired customers for 12 months following the acquisition date. A reconciliation of revenue growth to organic revenue growth is included on slide 7. Adjusted EBITDA is defined as net income (loss) before: depreciation and amortization expense; acquisition - related costs; Mobile Bay Formosan termite settlement; non - cash stock - based compensation expense; restructuring and other charges; goodwill impairment, net earnings from discontinued operations; provision for income taxes; loss on extinguishment of debt; and interest expense.
