City chooses Tyler’s Munis ERP and Incode court case management software suites

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a contract with the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, to implement Tyler’s Munis® enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Incode® court case management software solutions. Both solutions will help Wichita Falls facilitate a paperless environment and streamline current processes and procedures.

Wichita Falls selected Tyler’s Incode court case management solution and multiple Munis applications, including utility billing, accounts receivable and citizen self-service to provide customers with Web-based access to municipal services and information.

Wichita Falls is 15 miles south of the Oklahoma border and has a population of approximately 105,000.
