Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. Announces the Hiring of Zach Fox as Acquisitions Manager

Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBA and UBP) a real estate
investment trust, today announced that it has hired Zach Fox to the
position of Acquisitions Manager. He was previously the Director of
Retail and Economic Development for the Downtown Alliance where he
held a seat on The Real Estate Board of New York’s Store Broker’s
Committee and the ICSC Alliance Planning Committee. Prior to that,
Zach was a broker at RKF & Associates and Winick Realty Group,
where he specialized in landlord representation and completed
transactions on behalf of The Related Companies, Brookfield
Properties, Tishman Speyer, JP Morgan Chase, and TF Cornerstone.
Zach will be graduating from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate
this spring with an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investing. Zach
received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 2007. He is
an active member of ICSC, REBNY, and ULI.
