On July 10, 2024, Stacey Epstein, Chief Marketing Officer, informed Veeva Systems Inc. (“Veeva”) of
her decision to resign from her position for personal reasons effective as of July 19, 2024. Veeva plans to appoint an interim leader until a replacement is named.
