nationwide search for a Director of Human Resources Development and
Internal Communications for WellChoice, Inc. based in New York

counsel for science and technology associations. She began her

Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, a Department of
Energy nuclear physics research laboratory in Newport News, VA.
Deborah began her professional career as a reporter at the Daily
Press in Newport News. Deborah received her Bachelor's of Arts
Degree in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University in Hampton, VA,
and a Master's of Arts Degree in Public Communication from the
American University in Washington, D.C. Deborah serves as a board
member for the Washington Association of Black Journalists and the
