William Lyon Homes (the “Company”) (NYSE: WLH) announced that it will join the S&P SmallCap 600® effective Monday, March 6, 2017, prior to the market open.

Currently, the mean market capitalization in the S&P SmallCap 600 is approximately $1.3 billion, with the largest constituent having a market capitalization of just over $5.7 billion.
