Connie Partoyan has been named Chief
Executive Officer (CEO). Before this promotion, Partoyan served as
President of DI.

In her most recent role as President of DI, Partoyan led and
advised on key client accounts including a number of Fortune 50
companies and major trade associations, oversaw day-to-day
operations, managed the new business development process and served
as the primary liaison for DI's national grassroots field network.
Before that, Partoyan was Executive Vice President at DI, where she
provided senior client leadership for some of the firm's largest
clients.

(R-WA). In addition, she was Counselor and Senior Advisor for the
Department of Commerce's Technology Administration. Her work in the
private sector included serving as Government Affairs Counselor for
Preston Gates Ellis & Rouvelas
Meeds, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for
TechNet and Director of Communications for the Information
Technology Industry Council.
