WPP Appoints Microsoft U.K. CEO as Nonexecutive Director

WPP PLC (WPP.LN) said Tuesday that it has appointed Cindy Rose,
chief executive of Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) in the U.K., to its board
as nonexecutive director.
The London-based advertising group said the appointment will be
effective from April 1.
Prior to joining Microsoft in 2016, Ms. Rose worked as managing
director of the U.K. consumer division at Vodafone Group PLC
(VOD.LN). She also sits on the board of Informa PLC (INF.LN), a
FTSE 100 events-and-publishing company.
