WPP Buys Marketing-Technology Consultancy XumaK

WPP PLC said Wednesday that it has acquired XumaK, a Miami-based
marketing-technology consultancy, for an undisclosed price.
Founded in 2004, XumaK provides Adobe Experience Manager
software and services and has helped leading brands to digitally
transform their businesses, the London-based advertising and
marketing-services group said.
WPP said the acquisition is in line with its strategy to
strengthen its technology offer and will boost the capabilities of
its Wunderman Thompson unit in North America.
