On December 12, 2024, the Company declared a dividend of $0.500 per share for the first quarter of 2025. The dividend will be paid on March 4, 2025, to all holders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on January 21, 2025.

Zoetis Declares First Quarter 2025 Dividend; Board Approves 16% Payment Increase

PARSIPPANY, N.J. – December 12, 2024 –The Board of Directors of Zoetis Inc. (NYSE:ZTS) has declared a dividend of $0.500 per share for the first quarter of 2025, an increase of 16% from the quarterly dividend rate paid in 2024. The dividend will be paid on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, to all holders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
“Zoetis’ performance has been strong this year, driven by our diverse, science-driven portfolio and our differentiated execution,” said Wetteny Joseph, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Zoetis. “I am pleased to announce that we are increasing our dividend in 2025, consistent with our commitment to returning excess capital to shareholders.”
