As usual, someone always knows something when there is a spike in volume out of nowhere. The 10-Q was filed at 4pm. Nice bump in revenues Q over Q from last year, but margins are still too thin to make them profitable, and their debt service costs are killing them.

Trying to be Nasdaq compliant*. If it goes through, it wont take effect till 2nd Week of April. It's a small reverse hence they could be looking to bring the PPS UP before the splt. Allot of days to make .50 happen, imo.
