AMG Announces Final 2023 Dividend

N.V. (“AMG”, EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: “AMG”) is pleased to announce that
during the Annual General Meeting, held on May 8, 2024, AMG's
shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of €0.60 per
ordinary share over the financial year 2023. The interim dividend
of €0.40, paid on August 9, 2023, was deducted from the amount
distributed to shareholders. The final dividend per ordinary share
therefore amounts to €0.20.
Payment of the final dividend will be completed
on or around May 15, 2024, to shareholders of record on May 13,
2024. The ex-dividend date is May 10, 2023. Dutch withholding tax
will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.
