Regulatory News: Passenger traffic In October 2008, A�roports de Paris (Paris:ADP) (Pink Sheets:AEOPF) recorded a 2.9% increase in passenger traffic compared with October 2007. Paris airports handled 7.3 million passengers divided up between 5.2 million at Paris-Charles de Gaulle (+3.4%) and 2.1 million at Paris-Orly (+2.0%). Over the first ten months of this year, passenger traffic recorded a�1.7% growth. Traffic figures for October 2008 were marked by a substantial 6.4% growth on the international markets. On North and Latin American routes, traffic increased by 3.8%. The African market grew by 10.7%. Traffic on routes to and from Asia and the Middle-East was up 5.4%. In October 2008, domestic traffic increased by 3.8%. It benefits from a favourable comparison basis, the labour dispute in the air transport sector of October 2007 having primarily impacted domestic traffic. European traffic was quasi-stable at -0.3% with -0.8% on Schengen routes and -5.7% for the British and Irish markets.
