Aéroports de Paris to Continue Dialogue with Airlines on the Next Economic Regulation Agreement

Following the December 9, 2009 presentation of its proposals for
the 2011-2015 Economic Regulation Agreement (ERA), Aéroports de
Paris (Paris:ADP) (Pink Sheets:AEOPF) is entering a new phase of
discussions with airlines and their representatives gathered in the
economic advisory committee ("Commission consultative
économique").
A document outlining Aéroports de Paris’s proposals for the next
Economic Regulation Agreement was sent to members of the economic
advisory committee and will be discussed at the next meeting on
January 12, 2010.

In accordance with the regulation, Aéroports de Paris will
publish a consultation document regarding the conclusion for the
2011-2015 Economic Regulation Agreement in the first quarter of
2010.
