Avingtrans was notified on 6 June 2003 that Singer & Friedlander Investment
Management ("SFIM") had sold 115,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company,
representing 1.6% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, on 3 June
2003.  As a result of the sale, SFIM retain a holding of 810,000 ordinary
shares, representing 11.49% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
