10017, we would like to advise that JPMCC has increased its total aggregate
holding in the share capital of Big Food Group Plc (the "Company") from 9.97% to
10.05%. This increase is a result of its subsidiary, J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset
Management (UK) Limited, in its capacity as discretionary investment manager for
various funds (which includes the discretion to exercise voting rights),
increasing its interests in the Company. Details of the purchase are as follows:
