                               Holding in Company

The Company was today informed that on 10 September 2003, Mr Nigel Mills, sold
630,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 72p
per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Mills has a beneficial interest in 1,799,920
Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 5.52 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
