                         Grant of options to Directors

Cardpoint plc (the "Company") granted the following options to subscribe for
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Options") for nil consideration to
certain directors of the Company on 22 December 2003:

Mark Mills               100,000       93.5p          22/12/06 - 22/12/13
Chris Hanson             100,000       93.5p          22/12/06 - 22/12/13

In addition to the above Options, Mark Mills and Chris Hanson already hold
options over 883,333 and 200,000 ordinary shares respectively.
