Load factor - represents the percentage of aircraft seating capacity that is actually utilized For the month of June 2009, Copa Holdings' system-wide passenger traffic (RPM) increased 2.5% while capacity (ASM) increased 9.9%. System load factor for June 2009 was 71.4%, a 5.1 percentage point decrease when compared to June 2008. Copa Airlines passenger traffic (RPM) for June 2009 increased 0.3%, while capacity (ASM) increased 11.7%. This resulted in a load factor of 72.1%, an 8.2 percentage point decrease when compared to June 2008. Aero Republica passenger traffic (RPM) for June 2009 increased 16.4%, while capacity (ASM) increased 1.4%. Load factor for the month was 67.9%, an 8.7 percentage point increase when compared to June 2008.
