FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CSC (NYSE:CSC) announced today that it has signed a new information technology outsourcing services renewal contract with Henry Ford Health System, one of the nation's leading healthcare providers, located in southeast Michigan. The new five-year, three-month agreement runs through March 2014 and has an estimated total contract value of $115 million. The agreement was signed during the third quarter of CSC's fiscal year 2009. These services support day-to-day operations and large strategic initiatives, including development of an enhanced electronic medical record program and remediation of more than 50 application systems for the new 300-bed West Bloomfield Hospital.
