                           Mark Adams appointed CEO                            

The Board of The Corporate Services Group PLC ("CSG") announces that Mark
Adams, currently Chief Operating Officer of CSG, has been appointed Chief
Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Adams became Chief Operating Officer of CSG in January 2003 when he was
appointed a Director of the Company.

Julian Treger continues as Executive Chairman of CSG.
