Guzzi, I think running a 2nd P3 would have taken all the risk out of the applications to EMA, FDA, TGA, NHS, etc. It isn't strictly necessary but you have to hope regulators are unanimously favorably disposed to the smaller set of data you bring to your application. Fingers crossed.
