Eckoh Technologies plc ("the Company") announces that, pursuant to its offer for
Intelliplus Group plc ("Intelliplus") being declared unconditional in all
respects on 10 September 2003, application has been made for a further 1,953,020
ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading
on AIM with dealings in the Shares expected to commence on 30 January 2004.

The Shares consist of 337,194 shares representing those valid acceptances which
the Company has received from Intelliplus shareholders between 12 January 2004
and 19 January 2004 and 1,615,582 shares representing dissentient shareholders
following the conclusion of the compulsory acquisition procedure on 19th January
2004. Aggregated fractions equivalent to 244 shares are to be sold in the market
with the proceeds being retained for the benefit of the Company.

This completes the acquisition of Intelliplus.
