                      EUROPEAN MOTOR HOLDINGS plc ("EMH")

                                    DISPOSAL

EMH has disposed of the business and certain assets of its remaining Vauxhall
business, Normand Heathrow, to Lance Owen (Kingston) Limited on 30 November
2003.  The total consideration for this transaction was #601,000 for the assets
disposed of and #100,000 in respect of goodwill.  The business operated from
leasehold premises which have been sublet to the purchaser.

The disposal of this business will allow the Group to focus on expanding with
its three core motor retail partners: BMW Group, Premier Automotive Group and
the Volkswagen Group.
