The Fund's fiscal year ends on October 31, 2009. For the three months ended October 31, 2009, the Fund had net investment income of $9,226,085 ($0.121 per common share). For the year ended October 31, 2009, the Fund had net investment income of $84,991,751 ($1.114 per common share). In comparison, for the three months ended October 31, 2008, the Fund had net investment income of $7,632,997 ($0.100 per common share). For the year ended October 31, 2008, the Fund had net investment income of $165,247,362 ($2.167 per common share).
