Firm, Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire N5R Partnership extends

announced today that they have signed a letter of intent with N5R,
a national digital marketing company based in Toronto, Ontario. The
partnership will extend XA's capabilities into the $63 billion
digital marketing industry. "With two-thirds of marketers using

serve not only its existing clients, but reach out to new and
larger audiences with individualized branding messages," said XA
