The Directors of the Company announce the issue of 206,250 new ordinary shares
of 1p each resulting from the exercise of an option.

Application has been made for the 206,250 shares so issued to be admitted to
trading on AIM and it is anticipated that the shares will be so admitted on 3
September 2003.
