                               Additional Listing





Application has been made for the admission of 776,667 new ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.



The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company.  Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares on 1
April 2003.



The shares have been issued as a result of a placing for cash at 15p per share
to raise additional working capital for the Company.
