                              DIRECTORATE CHANGES


The Company announces that it has appointed John Sanderson as a non-executive
director to the board of Hot Group with immediate effect.

Mr Sanderson replaces Dorian Marks who has resigned as a non-executive director
of Hot Group to enable him to devote more time to other business activities.


Hot Group Chairman and CEO Tony Reeves commented:

"We met John through his role as a director with PlanetRecruit which we acquired
in February 2002. We anticipate that his hands-on approach and entrepreneurial
activity in developing companies will make a valuable contribution to future
growth of our Company."

In accordance with paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules, the following
information in relation to John Sanderson, as a new appointee to the board of
Hot Group, is disclosed below:

John Sanderson was a non-executive director of Management TV International
Limited which was put into administrative receivership on 16 July 1993. John
Sanderson was a non-executive director of Flippa.com Limited which went into a
creditors' voluntary liquidation on 20 December 2000 and was a director of
Mission Today Limited which went into administration on 17 June 2002 and was put
into compulsory liquidation on 4 November 2002.

Other than as detailed above there is no further information to be disclosed
pursuant to paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
