It's not "difficult to understand."  What is difficult to understand is why, if you have a financial stake in success, you tow the company line repeatedly without an ounce of pushback despite the company repeatedly diluting your financial stake, failing to execute, and delivering nothing of value.

52 week lows are quite significant as well, even for the likes of Vplm. Can't help wondering if it's getting beyond the control of the MMs, in terms of what they can get away with......although, it kind of seems like Vplm is allowed to get away with whatever they want, regardless. One need only to l
