Commercial Representation Agreement - Chinese Market BLAINVILLE,
QC, May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mr. Vianney Dumoulin, Executive
Vice- President of NewTech Brake Corp. (OTC:BBOTC::OTC:NWTB) is
pleased to announce that NewTech Brake Mfg. (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has
entered into an agreement with Chengdu Universal Business Co. Ltd.
located in Chengdu, Province of Sichuan, China. NewTech Brake Mfg.
(Suzhou) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NewTech Brake
Corp., entrusts this agency with the representation for the
commercialization of its product the "Full Contact"(R) brake on the
Chinese territory. Mr. Dumoulin has stated: "The economic
development of China is impressive and we believe that NewTech will
benefit from this growth." Mrs. Ye Bei, exclusively assigned to the
activities of representation and sale, has declared: "The
introduction of such a revolutionary product as the NewTech "Full
Contact"(R) brake on the Chinese market could not have been
