NewTech Brake Corp. announces the nomination of its Executive
Vice-President for North America BLAINVILLE, Quebec, April 22
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mr. Yvon Rancourt, Chairman of NewTech
Brake Corp. (OTC BB: NWTB), is pleased to announce the nomination
of Mr. Vianney Dumoulin as Executive Vice-President for North
America. Mr. Dumoulin will be responsible for the growth strategy,
its planning and the introduction of the NewTech heavy-duty brake
to the North American market. Mr. Yvon Rancourt stated: "Vianney
has been deeply involved in market development and technical
support for the transportation industry. With twenty years of
experience in this field, he will be an outstanding liaison with
fleet owners to evaluate their needs and braking problems, and

for Jupiter Corp. as Director of Provincial American Truck
Transporter and as Vice-President of Safety Carrier. From 1996 to
