The Company was notified on 17 February 2003 that ENIC New Media Investments Inc
and ENIC plc, following the capital reduction, had an aggregated interest in the
ordinary 5p shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of 46,535,000 being 29.90%
of the issued capital.

The holdings for each company are as follows:

ENIC New Media Investments Inc     44,035,000 Ordinary Shares     28.29 per cent

ENIC plc                            2,500,000 Ordinary Shares      1.61 per cent

The Ordinary Shares of ENIC plc are registered in the name of Hargreave Hale
