SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) today released the following statement regarding the event that occurred Wednesday, December 24 in Rancho Cordova, a suburb of Sacramento, Calif.: "PG&E is greatly saddened by the tragic loss of life and injuries caused by yesterday's explosion," said Jack Keenan, PG&E Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
